I offer personalised 1:1 wellness coaching designed to help you create sustainable lifestyle changes - without extremes, pressure, or rigid rules.


You can choose to work with me over 4, 8 or 12 weeks, depending on where you are right now and how much support you want. Each programme is tailored to you, your goals, and your lifestyle, with a strong focus on consistency, mindset, and habits that actually stick.
 

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about building a way of living that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable.


How 1:1 coaching works

No matter which length you choose, the foundation of our work together stays the same.

All programmes include:

  • Practical tools you can continue using long after coaching ends

I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions. Instead, I help you develop the skills, awareness and confidence to manage your own wellbeing long term.

4-Week Programme - Foundations

Ideal if you want clarity, direction, and a strong reset.

This option is perfect if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start and want focused support to build momentum.

This is for you if you’re ready to commit to lasting change and want support embedding new habits into everyday life.

For clients who want hands-on structure and ongoing guidance, I offer a personalised training and nutrition support option delivered through my fitness app. 
This is a monthly, PT-style service designed to provide accountability, structure, and real-time adjustments alongside coaching.

Ongoing Training & Nutrition Support - Monthly (£150/month)
Includes:
✓ Full analysis of your current lifestyle and routines
✓ Personalised training programme tailored to your goals
✓ Professional nutrition guidance and meal plan
✓ Progress tracking to monitor results
✓ Workout updates every 2 weeks for continued progress
✓ 24/7 messaging access for support and questions


Important:
This is an optional upgrade and runs separately from coaching sessions. It can be added at the start of your programme or introduced later if you want more structure.
