Coaching Agreement & Terms
This Agreement outlines the coaching relationship, expectations, responsibilities and terms between you (the Client) and Lesley Farrow (the Coach). By booking a session or programme and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything in this document.
1. NATURE OF SERVICES
I provide high performance coaching, which may include:
-
Mindset, identity and confidence coaching
-
Clarity, direction and goal-setting
-
High performance and productivity coaching
-
Navigating life and career transitions
-
Accountability and structured progress
-
General wellbeing, energy and lifestyle support
High performance coaching is not therapy, counselling or medical treatment. I am not a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist or registered dietitian. Coaching does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions and does not replace professional medical or therapeutic care.
If you have any medical or psychological concerns, please consult your GP before we begin working together. Coaching is available to individuals aged 18 and over only.
2. THE COACHING RELATIONSHIP
Coaching works best as a genuine partnership. To get the most from our time together:
-
You take responsibility for your own choices, actions and outcomes
-
You participate openly and honestly
-
I provide guidance, tools and support - but your results depend on your engagement and willingness to take action
-
Either of us can raise any concerns at any time - open communication makes the coaching more effective
3. SESSION STRUCTURE
All coaching is conducted via Zoom and is entirely personalised.
My signature offer is The Redesign - a 12-week 1:1 coaching intensive comprising 12 x 60-minute sessions. Two pathways are available:
Intensive - 12 sessions across 12 weeks, one session per week.
Extended - 12 sessions across 6 months, with flexible scheduling built around your commitments.
Both pathways include support between sessions via WhatsApp and email.
The Clarity Call is a standalone 90-minute 1:1 coaching session conducted via Zoom. It is a single, focused session and does not form part of an ongoing coaching relationship unless the client chooses to proceed further. The investment is £350, payable in full at the time of booking. The Clarity Call is subject to the same confidentiality, cancellation and refund policies outlined in this agreement.
Session Recordings:
Sessions may be recorded for the coach's internal use only, to prepare summaries and review key points. Recordings are stored securely, deleted after 12 months, and never shared with third parties. You may request deletion of your recording at any time after receiving your session summary.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
Everything you share in our sessions is confidential. I will not discuss your information with anyone outside of the coaching relationship, except where required by law or where there is a reasonable concern for your safety or the safety of others. Session notes and recordings are stored securely and used solely for coaching purposes.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
The investment for The Redesign is £2,400, payable in full prior to commencement of the programme via the agreed payment method. A payment plan may be available upon request - please raise this during your Discovery Call.
The investment for The Clarity Call is £350, payable in full at the time of booking via the secure Calendly payment link. No payment plan is available for single sessions.
Your rate is confirmed in writing before any session is booked. Where an ongoing coaching relationship is in place, the agreed rate applies for the duration of that relationship. Any rate changes apply to new clients only and will never be applied mid-relationship without prior written agreement.
6. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice and I'll do my best to find an alternative time. You may reschedule once without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will end at the original finish time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be treated as a no-show.
Coach-Initiated Cancellations
If I need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, I will offer you an alternative time as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that our coaching relationship cannot continue from my side, a pro-rata refund will be provided for any sessions paid in advance. For single sessions, a full refund will be given if the session has not yet taken place.
7. REFUND POLICY
Sessions are non-refundable once booked, due to the time set aside and preparation completed in advance. If you need to cancel, the rescheduling policy in Section 6 applies.
Where sessions have been paid in advance and I initiate the end of our coaching relationship, a pro-rata refund will be provided for any unused sessions.
8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To make the most of our coaching relationship, you agree to:
-
Be open and honest about your goals, challenges and circumstances
-
Let me know of any medical or mental health conditions that may be relevant to our work together
-
Take responsibility for your own decisions and wellbeing
-
Attend sessions on time and in a private, quiet space
-
Let me know if anything isn’t working for you so we can adjust our approach
9. COACH RESPONSIBILITIES
I commit to:
-
Providing professional, supportive coaching within my scope of practice
-
Maintaining full confidentiality as outlined in Section 4
-
Being honest with you, even when that means saying something you might not want to hear
-
Referring you to an appropriate professional if concerns arise that fall outside the scope of coaching
-
Showing up on time, prepared and fully present for every session
10. SCOPE OF PRACTICE
Life coaching is a forward-focused, action-oriented process. Our work together centres on mindset, clarity, confidence, purpose and personal development.
If it becomes clear that you would benefit more from therapeutic or medical support than from coaching, I will say so and help you find the right referral. This is not a limitation - it’s part of working responsibly and in your best interests.
While I hold additional qualifications in nutrition, health coaching and personal training, these are drawn on to support our coaching conversations where relevant and do not constitute medical advice or clinical treatment.
11. LIABILITY
You participate in coaching voluntarily and take responsibility for your own choices and actions. While I bring my full experience and care to every session, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes - your results will depend on your own engagement, consistency and circumstances. I am not liable for any decisions you make as a result of our coaching conversations.
12. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Coaching can be genuinely transformative, and I am fully committed to supporting your progress. However I cannot guarantee specific results. Your outcomes will depend on your engagement, the effort you put in, and your individual circumstances. What I can promise is that I will show up fully for you in every session.
13. TERMINATION
Either of us may end the coaching relationship at any time. If you choose to end the programme early, the refund policy in Section 7 applies. If I initiate termination, I will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused sessions and, where appropriate, a referral to a more suitable professional.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, session summaries, frameworks and resources I provide are my intellectual property. You are welcome to use them for your own personal development.
Please do not copy, share publicly, distribute or use my materials for commercial purposes without my written permission.
15. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY (GDPR)
Your personal data is collected and stored in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Data collected:
-
Name, email address and phone number
-
Information shared in intake forms and during sessions
-
Session recordings and notes
Your data is used solely for coaching purposes and is never shared with third parties except as required by law. Data is stored securely and retained for 7 years for business record-keeping, after which it is deleted.
Your rights:
-
Access, correct or request deletion of your data at any time
-
Withdraw consent for data processing (note this may affect our ability to continue working together)
For any data queries, contact: info@lesleyfarrow.com
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If any concerns arise during our coaching relationship, I encourage you to raise them with me directly in the first instance. I am committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
17. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking and paying for a session or programme, you confirm that:

You have read and understood this Agreement
-
You agree to all terms outlined above
-
You understand that coaching is not therapy or medical treatment
-
You accept the refund and cancellation policy

You take responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes
