I’m Lesley, and I work online with women 40+ who want to feel better in their bodies and lives - without extremes, rigid rules, or trying to be “perfect”.
My background is a mix of nutrition, fitness, health coaching, life coaching and chef training, but my role isn’t to tell you what you should be doing or to diagnose anything medical.
Instead, I work alongside you.
Think guide, sounding board, motivator and accountability partner….all rolled into one.
Most people come to me because they feel:
• stuck or overwhelmed
• stressed and burnt out
• fed up with starting and stopping
• tired of all-or-nothing thinking
• confused by conflicting health advice
• low on energy, confidence, or consistency
What we focus on is building a way of living that actually fits your life.
That usually means working on things like:
• nutrition that feels realistic
• movement you can stick to
• stress and energy management
• mindset and habits
• simple daily routines that reduce decision fatigue
Everything is personalised and tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle and we focus on the following foundations:
• clear goals
• habit-building that makes sense
• regular accountability
• practical tools you can keep using long after we finish
My Wellness Coaching is about building something sustainable, something you can return to even when life gets busy or off-track.
If you’ve ever felt like you know what to do, but struggle to actually follow through… that’s usually where coaching makes the biggest difference.
Have a look at ways we can work together and hope to be chatting to you soon x
