About
I have spent my entire adult life in rooms where the stakes were high and the conversations that mattered most were never on the agenda.
18 years as Founder and CEO of an Executive Search firm - sitting across the table from senior leaders, founders and executives at the most pivotal moments of their careers. I was a qualified Life and Business Coach throughout that time. The coaching was never separate from the work. It was the work.
Then I made my own bold move. I packed up my life, relocated to London, and spent four years as a Private Chef for UHNW and celebrity clients. A deliberate choice to back myself and pursue something I had always pushed aside.
The pull back to people, to real conversations, to coaching - never went away. So I came back and deepened my toolkit with qualifications in Personal Training, Nutrition and Health Coaching. Because sustainable high performance requires the whole person - mind, body, energy and life working together.
I have reinvented myself more than once. I know what transition costs. And I know what it looks like on the other side.

The Redesign is my signature 12-session 1:1 coaching intensive, built entirely around you, your life, and the transformation you are ready to make. Two pathways - intensive (12 weeks) or extended (6 months) - to fit around your schedule and commitments.
The Reset is my 6-session 1:1 coaching intensive for people who want focused, high-impact coaching in a condensed engagement. Same whole-person approach. Six sessions built entirely around you and what matters most right now.
The Clarity Call is a single 90-minute 1:1 session for people who want expert guidance on one specific challenge, decision or crossroads - without the commitment of a full programme. A powerful starting point, and a natural gateway into The Reset or The Redesign for those who want to go deeper.
