I know exactly how you feel - because I've been there
At 50, I walked away from an 18-year recruitment career in South Africa, moved to London, and rebuilt my life from scratch.
I was exhausted. Overweight. Dealing with brain fog, hormonal chaos, and the overwhelming feeling that I'd completely lost myself.
I thought my best years were behind me.
I was wrong.
I retrained as a Life Coach, IIN Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach. But more importantly, I went through my own complete transformation - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I discovered that real change for women 40+ doesn't come from following generic fitness plans or restrictive diets. It comes from addressing four interconnected pillars: Nutrition, Movement, Mindset, and Lifestyle.
